Welcome to W Anderson & Associates, since 2010 we have specialized in helping families and individuals receive monies owed to them  by Federal, State, and local Governments, as well as as Private Entities. There are Billions and Billions of Dollars owed to American Citizens that are never collected by the rightful owner. Our Firm is at the forefront of changing this injustice. The Attorney's that we work with have all the tools to find our client's, they then pass the file information on to our Firm. We then make contact with the person(s) owed the funds.

Once we have made contact the process is simplified. We promptly send our Notary Public to verify the identity of the Client, after verification the binding Agreements are signed by the Client that allow our Firm to re coup those funds on behalf of the Claimant.

THERE IS NO UPFRONT FEE WHAT-SO-EVER.

Our Firm is paid ONLY when we re coup the monies owed to our client(s).

Our Firm realizes that we are a thorn in the side of these Agencies holding the Funds and sometimes they make it difficult for us to collect. However, we have a strong Legal Team, and we have the Law on our side.
